Skylar has experience in inclusive community building, program development, event planning, consensus facilitation, and research and analysis. She has contributed to community and stakeholder engagement and strategic planning projects, as well as the formation, renewal, and expansion of Business Improvement Districts. She previously coordinated community development for Boise State University. She holds a B.S. in Biology from Boise State University and a Spanish minor.
