Emily has been working at the intersection of strategic communications, leadership, and organizational development for the past two decades.
Emily leads marketing, communications, and proposal development across the firm. She is motivated by working with purpose-driven teams and making stories of social change accessible and inspiring. She previously worked in public relations for clients focused on the clean energy transition. Before that, she built the research practice of an executive search firm where she worked hand-in-hand with boards and executives to place leaders at global nonprofits. She lived for nearly a decade in Germany, where she worked for the United Nations and lived the life and lessons of a foreign national. She holds a B.A. from the University of Redlands in International Development and an M.S. in Strategic Communications from Columbia University.
