Charlotte Jernick

she/they

Project Manager

Charlotte uses her project management skills to foster collaboration that increases equity and justice within communities.

Charlotte is a champion for system change and works to weave equity into the gaps of our current institutions. She has managed projects that create pathways for cultural hubs to garner government resources, and supported the strategic allocation of government funds to increase wages for childcare providers. She has also created spaces that center the voices of under-served populations on the most effective, trauma-informed responses to harm. As a former policy associate in Washington, DC, Charlotte built bridges among legislators, the private sector, and advocates to increase federal resources for local human rights programs focusing on gender-based violence. Charlotte holds a B.A. in Sociology with a focus on social justice and inequality from Loyola University in New Orleans, LA, and is also a certified yoga instructor.
