Carson’s experience in urban planning includes work in comprehensive planning, growth management, and community engagement. Their approach centers effective communication of complex topics, ideas, and processes to ensure a more community-led process. They hold a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning and Design from the University of Washington, and a B.A. in Economics from the University of South Florida.
